Natural colors Beta Carotenes

Natural beta-carotene belongs to a family of carotenoids, which are responsible for the yellow and orange colors present in a large variety of plants. Our natural Beta-carotene is composed of carotenoid pigments derived from oil palm fruit, carrots, other vegetables or microorganisms (algae and fungi). Natural Beta-carotene imparts vivid orange and yellow hues in a wide range of food applications.

FMC natural beta-carotene colors are available in powder and liquid form and as oil soluble, oil dispersible, water soluble and water dispersible formulations. They show superior thermal and light stability in all pH range.
